Looking at the calendar which one of my dearest friends gave it to me. Dated 16th May. That's the scripture.
I thought to myself, 'Yeah...right, I'll have to stand firm.'
I was praying...started to wipe my tears off . Thought could conceal it. Sandy was at the other side watching.I can't help myself. All I could do is only... 'be still'....I prayed...Cried even more... She walked towards me and asked in a soft voice, 'What happened' . Gosh...that moment, without telling anything, I kept weeping. I felt like my prayer was heard; my feelings were heard too.
'Got tired?'
Silence.
(Sobbing)
... ... ... ...
Be strong, be strong, be strong...
Gaze upon the beauty of the Lord.
Disappointment, discourage will pass...
but the presence of the Lord will be there forever.
Gaze upon His beauty.
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Serving is not easy. Life is not easy. But I chose to follow Jesus. I've made my choice and I've decided to follow Him...
Can't believe what God shared through Ps Yee Onn. 1Samuel 30. David did simple things. But to me, it's like the hardest thing to do. "STRENGTHENED HIMSELF IN THE LORD"
